Black and White – Ink Drawing
I used ink on white acid-free sketching paper to create high contrast and tattoo-like image.
I used this cute photo of my son to create the drawing above.
I used Photoshop to create this black and white image. This gave me a better sense of the light and dark elements in the photo above.
I printed the black and white image and I used tracing paper to outline it. I then transferred the image to the sketching paper and used black ink to outline and fill the image.
