Upholstered Chair. I upholstered this modern chair with a circular motif to contrast its square shape. I stained wood arms dark to link them with the dark lines on the fabric.

Upholstered Chair. I upholstered this modern chair with a circular motif fabric, contrasting the fabric’s pattern and the square shape of the chair. I stained the wood arms in a dark brown shade similar to the dark lines found in the fabric.

I found couple these chairs in my neighbors trash. It is made of solid oak and has interesting lines. Its scratched arms were refinished and its dingy fabric replaced with patterned fabric.
